The optional discovery call enables you to meet with our team before investing in a session. During this call, we will learn more about you and address any questions you may have about the functional medicine approach.
At the end of the discovery call, we can book your initial appointment, register you for the new patient onboarding course and send you the required forms and labwork to complete prior to your initial visit). We will also briefly discuss your options for ongoing care.

A deep dive into your health story & lab results
During this extended Zoom visit, you will share your health story with me as we walk through your history and intake paperwork together. I will review your initial blood panel and order any necessary secondary testing, including functional lab tests such as GI-MAP, OAT, MycoTOX, and/or Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA). Initial nutrition, sleep, stress management, and movement recommendations will be given. In addition, together we can discuss the ongoing care plan that best suits your needs.
This appointment is $350* . Please allot 75-90 minutes for our time together.(*Lab tests are an added fee.)
